Topic: NJ Long-Term Care Ombudsman (2 CEU credits)
Description: NJ Long-Term Care Ombudsman and her team will present an overview of LTC policy and legislative priorities from an advocate’s perspective and will analyze 2025 complaint trends. In addition, the LTCO will provide an overview of the Office’s latest initiative, the LTCO Community Engagement Program, which has prompted the creation of New Jersey’s first statewide peer-to-peer support network for nursing home residents.
