IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Lunch provided to you is an additional expense to the society based on a headcount. Therefore, it is imperative that if you register, and have to cancel your attendance, please notify us within two days of the event via phone or email so we may deduct your participation. Unfortunately, if you do not, and we are charged for your meal, we will have to pass on this cost to you.
All-day meetings will be provided with both a continental breakfast and lunch.
PLEASE NOTE:
Member registration will begin on the first day of the month scheduled. Be sure to invite your appropriate staff member depending upon this month’s education topic.
Low guest fee: $225 full day and $125 half days.
A $25.00 fee will be charged for the replacement of a lost certificate.
